Clinical Opportunities
Per Diem APRN :
APRN needed to provide face to face assessments in the consultation, assessment, and evaluation of Hospice eligibility to Hospice patients in the New London County area. Initial orientation period may be flexible.
One year nursing experience required.
Prior Hospice or Home care experience desired.
Proficient computer skills required.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred.
Competitive compensation.
Per Diem Registered Nurse:
Registered Nurses needed to provide care and visits to Hospice patients in the New London County area.
Flexible work schedule (weekdays, weekends, part time).
Initial training period schedule may also be flexible.
RN required.
One year nursing experience required.
Prior Hospice or home care experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills required.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred.
Competitive compensation.
On Call Registered Nurse:
Registered Nurses needed for On Call. Shift: 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM weekdays and weekends. Provide phone support and visits to Hospice patients in the New London County area. Initial orientation period schedule may also be flexible.
RN required.
One year nursing experience required.
Prior Hospice or home care experience preferred.
Proficient computer skills required.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred.
May be eligable for benefits.
Competitive compensation includes hourly rate plus visit pay.
Hospice Aide – Per Diem:
Weekday afternoon and evening hours to cover vacations, and urgent visits to patients in their homes.
Mileage and travel time paid between visits.
Two years experience as a CNA/HHA required.
